Mercy Maddox
Miss World International 2020
Mercy Maddox is a seasoned pageant queen since 2013 on her 8th consecutive year as
a title holding pageant queen. Mercy has competed globally and is an internationally
awarded pageant queen with titles such as Miss Petite Universe Canada and the most
recent being Miss World International. She also placed 2nd Runner Up for Miss Teen
Universe Philippines in 2014. She has also been a sitting judge for national pageants that have decided titles of Miss Teen Universe Philippines, National Canadian Girl, Teen & Miss, and Miss Noble Canada.

Born in Yellowknife, North West Territories, she never imagined there could be such opportunities in pageantry for her. She hopes to see more representation from all people of Canada's provinces and territories of diverse backgrounds.
Pageants changed my life! When I started I was a shy 17-year-old just
wanting to take a risk and try something new to meet new friends and have new experiences. One thing led to another and pageantry introduced me to a whole other level that elevated me to the heights of confidence. My world became open to modeling and travel opportunities--everything that brought me to the success I have today!
Miss Teen Universe Canada is now led by Angelo Di Benedetto who has extensive experience in the pageant industry and worked as the director for brands like Miss Grand Canada and Miss Petite Universe Canada.
Angelo Di Benedetto
Director of Di Benedetto Models
Angelo started coaching 11 candidates from the province of Alberta for the Miss Universe Canada 2014 competition. He is also the owner, director, and modeling and etiquette instructor of Di Benedetto Models modelling and social refinement academy. Di Benedetto Models started in February 2014 as Ardib Beauties, with the idea of training pageant girls to compete in national or international beauty pageants.
In March 2015, Angelo came up with the idea of offering the chance to professional models or beauty queens and also other people who wanted to become models to help them improve their skills and gain professional representation in the industry, and that’s why Di Benedetto Models exists with the motto: “because anyone can become a model”.
